UNITECH has implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Our objective is to provide products and services that consistently meet our customers’ requirements related to fit, form and function. This shall be accomplished by meeting all established safety standards and with no risk to the environment.
Management commitment
The management at UNITECH strives to maintain and improve the Quality Management System by:
- Performing regular spot audits
- Initiating regularly scheduled internal ISO audits in each department
- Continued management review of all procedures
- Ensuring management support of ongoing employee training
- Affirming that Total Quality Improvement is the responsibility of each and every employee at UNITECH.

- Maintain and continually improve the standards set forth by ISO 9001:2015
- Continue to revise and improve the Quality Management System in order to increase efficiency and guarantee total customer satisfaction
- Perform regular reviews of all procedures in an effort to minimize any inefficient processes that may lead to defective or unacceptable products.

HSE Policy
The intent of UNITECH’s Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policy is to promote the well-being of our employees and customers while maintaining all health, safety and environmental standards. These standards are developed in accordance with the latest technologies and regulations.
All activities shall be performed in compliance with prevailing legislation regarding safety and working environments. This includes, but is not limited to, the requirements of health and safety authorities in Norway, international regulations and regulations in countries where UNITECH operates.
HSE-related activities include the following:
- Provide and maintain the infrastructure necessary to achieve conformity to product requirements.
- Create and maintain a suitable working environment that provides a positive experience for employees, customers and visitors.
- Consider health, safety and environmental aspects in the development of products, paying particular attention to operator safety and environmental concerns in the design phase.
- Continued awareness of potential environmental hazards (pollution, waste and end-of-use handling) by strictly adhering to all established internal and external processes.
It is management’s responsibility to ensure that work is conducted with safety and the potential environmental impact as priorities. Management shall strictly enforce all established HSE rules and regulations. Adherence to UNITECH’s HSE policy will be monitored by Management Safety Reviews and conducting spot audits (a minimum of four annually) to identify potential safety concerns.
